As far as we are concerned, the reception equals ‘contact’. The colleagues here are often the first point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay and are available 24/7.
The reception is a real spider in the web and maintains contact with almost all departments, but especially works closely with the technical service, cleaning, and the facilities department to ensure that our guests can enjoy a carefree stay.
On busy arrival days, we move our check-in outside so that our guests’ holiday can start as soon as possible!
