As far as we are concerned, our reception is synonymous with ‘contact’. The colleagues here are often the first point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay and are available 24/7.

The reception is a real spider in the web and maintains contact with almost all departments, but especially works closely with the technical service, cleaning, and the facilities department.

On busy arrival days, we move our check-in outside so that our guests’ holiday can start as soon as possible!
