General information

Sandaya is a French company with 4 and 5 star campsites in France, Spain and Belgium. In addition, there are a number of partner campsites in Italy and Croatia.

Parc La Clusure is located in the Belgian Ardennes, in the province of Luxembourg, with the nearest cities being Saint Hubert and Rochefort.

Parc La Clusure has more than 200 camping pitches and 260 rental accommodations. In July and August, about 1400 guests stay at our campsite every day.

Careers

The permanent team consists of 14 employees, with an additional 15 seasonal workers, 15 trainees, and 40 holiday workers added during the season. Would you like to get to know the permanent team? Check Meet the Team

So what! Within our permanent team, there are a number of people who started with us as interns a few years ago and have now become managers of a department.

This differs per department. For example, do you work in the hospitality industry? Then you will be more active in the evenings than someone who works in the store.

We aim for a 38-hour working week, spread over 5 days.

To work with us, you must be at least 18 years old. There is a minimum age of 17 for interns.

This differs per vacancy. In general, you will first have a conversation with Wouter and/or Mariaana. During the meeting, we will make agreements about the follow-up procedure.

We aim to schedule a meeting with you within 10 days. If you have not received a response after 10 days, it is best to contact us by phone.

That’s always allowed! During the job interview, we will assess whether it fits the profile of the position. Optionally, we can also look at other positions that might be a better fit for your profile.

Practical information

Sure! You will stay with one or more colleagues in a mobile home that has its own sanitary facilities and an equipped kitchen.

Near the campsite (about 1 kilometre) is Grupont station. If you come to us by train, we will pick you up there.

You will receive more information about what you need to bring with you one week before your work period starts.

You can make free use of the Wi-Fi at the campsite during your working period.

During your work period, we provide third-party liability and occupational accident insurance. We do recommend that you take out travel insurance in addition to your health insurance for the period that you are with us.

Yes, but this is always in consultation. In addition, keep in mind that extra days off in July and August will be difficult. Outside the high season, we can accommodate you a little more in this.

Internship at Parc La Clusure

Sure! All interns stay with us internally.

We provide a hot evening meal 7 days a week. You take care of your own breakfast and lunch.

During your internship period, we will provide third-party liability and occupational accident insurance. We do recommend that you take out travel insurance in addition to your health insurance for the period that you are with us.

Sure! Both in the catering industry and in the shop (both have an exception to spirits) you will receive a 10% staff discount.

That’s always allowed, but in fact – we would appreciate it if you came to settle in 2 or 3 days before your work period starts. This can be done, for example, during the May holidays or during Ascension and/or Pentecost. That way you get to know the campsite and your colleagues and we can show you the ropes in the department where you will be working.
