At the reception you are the first point of contact for our guests and, together with your colleagues from the reception, cleaning and technical service, you ensure that the guest lacks nothing. You are hospitable and are not easily discouraged. You think solution-oriented, are flexible, and don’t mind going the extra mile for the guest.

Working at the reception not only consists of checking guests in and out, but also back-office tasks such as answering emails and telephones are part of your daily work. In addition, you not only know all the ins and outs of the campsite, but also the surroundings and the many tourist attractions hold no secrets for you. Is it busy in another department and do you have nothing to do? Of course, you help your colleagues out where possible and you don’t mind helping out where necessary.

You are looking for an interesting and varied summer job and can switch quickly in your work and your languages: excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, a good knowledge of French is an advantage.

What are you going to do?

• Welcoming guest and checking them in and out
• Provding tourist information about events and activities in the surrounding area
• You ensure a clear communication between the reception team and the maintenance team

Your profile

• Cheerful, service oriented and you are well-presented
• The rhythm at a campsite is different from a 9-to-5 job, flexibility is key
• You enjoy variety, switch easily between tasks and are always willing to help other when needed
• Knowledge of the English language with a minimum of level C1 is required
• Knowledge of the French language is a plus
